CalMac Community Fund

Grants of £1,000 to £10,000 for non-profit organisations working with vulnerable and disadvantaged people in the islands and mainland port towns that the ferry operator serves in the west of Scotland. These areas are in North Ayrshire, Inverclyde, Argyll and Bute, the Highlands and the Outer Hebrides. Projects should improve health, wellbeing and quality of life, tackle poverty and financial hardship, or build stronger, more connected communities and reduce social isolation. Groups need a governing document, and smaller, volunteer-led groups with an annual income under £250,000 are prioritised. Funding can cover capital or revenue costs.
