Warm Welcome Week, 19-25 January, marked the third birthday of St John Henry Newman's Warm Welcome Space in Morecambe, Lancashire.
Space lead Kerry Wilding says: “It has been an immense learning curve but I feel our volunteers and the Warm Welcome organisation have been there every step of the way. Our willingness to work with our guests and take on board their suggestions have made us a success. We have seen our numbers triple from the early days.
“I was talking to the aunt of a guest who is so pleased with the way he has grown in confidence coming to the Warm Welcome Space.
“In Warm Welcome’s national Warm Welcome Week, our volunteers got into the swing of things with brightly dressed outfits. We also handed out toiletries, hats, gloves and socks to our guests.

“Here's to many more successful years. Thank you, everyone, for your ongoing commitment and contribution.”
