Thank you to our partner National Energy Action for inviting us to their annual conference in Newcastle in February and for bringing together so many brilliant people and organisations, committed to tackling fuel poverty.
It was inspiring to hear from partners and friends across the sector and how we can work together to support people struggling with the cost of living and energy crisis. Fuel poverty remains a huge challenge for households across the UK, with too many people unable to access support, or keep their homes warm.
At the Warm Welcome Campaign, we have seen first hand how Warm Welcome spaces become lifelines for people needing a warm place, connection, and support. No single organisation can tackle fuel poverty alone, and bringing the sector together at every level like this is how we create lasting, positive change.
Thanks again to everyone who spoke, shared insights, or took the time to chat with us, it feels energising to be part of a community that’s ambitious, compassionate, and ready to work together for real impact.
