We know that loneliness and isolation can affect anyone—especially as we get older. That’s why our groups offer more than just a seat and a cup of tea. They’re safe, welcoming spaces where you can: 🌟 What You’ll Find Friendship and laughter with people who understand Gentle exercise and activities to keep your body and mind active Emotional support from peers and trained volunteers A sense of purpose and belonging every week Affordable access—many groups are free or ask for a small donation
