Our recently opened Adapt Community Hub is a warm, inclusive space offering connection, wellbeing activities and support for people facing loneliness, people living with disability or long term health issues, people with poor mental health or those facing financial hardship. We are a community led hub - here for our community and shaped by our community. If you just fancy a hot drink and a chat or a quiet place to read a book or reflect, you are welcome at Adapt.
