Angy Care Health Foundation is a community support centre providing essential services including a food bank, digital inclusion hub, health and wellbeing support, and social connection opportunities for individuals and families across Northfleet and Gravesend. Our aim is to reduce hardship, tackle isolation, and help people live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
