We cater for everyone, including the elderly. We are a multicultural space and have some free and easy exercises available. Gentle pilates, table tennis and snooker and some low level Aerobics. We are also a CAP job club, and will be able to help with Job search issues and signposting advice for housing financial matters. We provide a warm drink an sometimes warm soup and rolls.
