The space is open to the public Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 10am to 3pm, but staff are there Monday to Friday. There are free to attend groups and events throughout the year as well as paid groups. The centre has heating in winter and air conditioning in summer. We're happy to help the community where we can, whether it be helping with filling in forms, signposting to further support, or just being a safe place to be for a little while. We offer a 'community larder' 12-2 every Friday, where you can pick up a few items of food if you're struggling. We operate a 'pay it forward' system and can offer (limited) free meals to people in need on a Thursday and Friday. We have also recently been listed as one of Bristol city Council's sanctuary sites, to offer additional support to people of mixed immigration status.
