Faith Group
We offer a warm welcoming and safe space for women of all ages and backgrounds We provide support to vulnerable women of all ages who feel isolated, lost and struggle with their mental health and life setbacks. To achieve this, we run annual weekly sessions to help them reset many areas of their lives by getting back to basics. We discuss subjects like, worry, eating habits, exercise, assertiveness, negative thought patterns, and well-being goals. We provide hope, rebuild confidence, and help them to feel they have a purpose so they can connect to the community and start again. . We meet on a Thursday morning from 10 - 12.
