Imagine Louth is a community-focused play centre and cosy café in Louth, Lincolnshire, run as a Community Interest Company (CIC). Its goal is to support wellbeing, connection and inclusion for families, children, and older residents. The café offers a relaxed, family-friendly space with barista coffees, teas, homemade soups, salads, toasties, treats and kids’ meals. Parents and carers can enjoy food and drink while children play and learn through imaginative role-play areas designed for ages roughly 6 months to 10–12 years. Alongside the café and play space, Imagine Louth runs workshops, craft sessions, home-education activities, wellbeing groups, birthday parties and community events for both children and adults. It also provides subsidised access where possible to ensure no one is excluded due to circumstances. A key part of its mission supports older and vulnerable residents through affordable, freshly cooked meals delivered to their door, helping those who may struggle to cook, live alone, or lack access to healthy home-prepared food. As a CIC, Imagine Louth reinvests its income back into the community, creating a welcoming hub that brings people together, reduces isolation, and offers play, nourishment and support across generations.
