Whalley Range Community Forum and Manley Park Methodist Church welcome you to our community warm hub on Fridays from 10.00 - 13.00. (The centre is open throughout the week with a range of activities: pop in to check our timetable, see if there's an activity for you!) JNR8 (pronounced generate) is a warm and welcoming space for our community to meet with others, and on Fridays you are welcome to drop in to our Warm Hub, have a cuppa and a crumpet/piece of toast, fruit - and soup and a roll when the weather gets colder! Bring a friend along - or come along on your own and make new friends! We have board games and art materials - or bring your own knitting/craft project along to work on - or you can just sit and read a book. We are a foodbank partner so can help those in food poverty with a foodbank voucher. We often have free bags of essentials such as toiletries and household cleaning products to give away - and a free pre-loved clothes rail to look through. (Also limited SIM cards with free calls and data: ask Chris for details) We invite guests such as Citizens Advice, Scam Awareness, local PCSO's and Councillors - to help with any issues you may have. We can also signpost you to services that might be able to help you if you are struggling. Come and join us at the JNR8 Community Hub for a warm welcome!
