Community, Connection and Fun for over 65s!
Our hubs and friendship groups meet regularly to bring people together. Each week, members enjoy a wide range of activities - from chair based exercise and music sessions to quizzes, games and day trips. We also host visiting speakers, offer health checks, provide guidance and signpost you to organisations that can offer additional support.
