Based at Millman Street Community Centre, our health & care programme is a major part of the lifetime offer provided through Holborn Community Association.
Millman Street Community Centre provides a welcoming, varied and inclusive portfolio of services for the over 55's. Encouraging healthy living, bringing people together and providing intensive support for those with greater need:
Day Care for vulnerable adults, living with dementia and long-term conditions.
A Community Activity Programme designed to maintain physical, and emotional health.
Lunch Club providing nutritious, healthy, low-cost meals to combat malnutrition and social isolation.
Doorstep Help - casework and befriending for isolated older people
Community Larder - informal, relaxed food bank for isolated older people, set up 2025
