All welcome and all free Tea/Coffee and toast on arrival. Word search etc t get the brain going. Seated exercise class with qualified instructor for 45 mins. Unlimited drinks hot and cold. Mid morning snack of fruit and cake. Bingo session. Community garden activities. Every 4 weeks free lunch with film / exercise / other actvities in the afternoon
