Queen Street Mill Textile Museum
Community Arts & Heritage
The days are dark, the rain is heavy and the wind is whipping. We can't think of a better time to cosy up in an iconic museum, and enjoy a range of hot teas and coffees, delicious food and snacks, and free access to books, board games and crafts. Our Community Cafe will be open Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout the winter to give all visitors a warm, safe space to enjoy a rest from the wild weather and seasonal shopping. Take a break and play a game or two. Enjoy relaxing in the unique atmosphere of the last surviving steam-powered weaving mill in the world. Free entry to the cafe, charges applicable for food and drink.
