A wellbeing cafe for adults who feel isolated whether through health, loneliness or just needing company and social contact. We provide a quiet shared space where it's OK to not be OK. There are opportunities to come and share a hobby, learn a new one, enjoy the peace in our quiet area or chat and relax over a cup of tea or coffee. Optional prayer times are held for anyone who would like to join us. We are available Tuesdays between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm
