Sage House is a Community Hub and Cafe providing support for people living with Dementia and their carers, our warm space and cafe is open to anyone in the local community to access, we have a pay it forward scheme and offers on food and drinks including Soup and a Roll for £2, we also have a small foodbank available with essential items. Everyone is welcome !
