The Selby Community Fridge is open every Wednesday afternoon, from 1-3pm at St Richard's Centre.
The Fridge is a food waste project, collecting food which would have gone to waste from local supermarkets & businesses. This is then distributed for free to the community. Everybody is welcome to come and use the Fridge - there are no requirements and we don't ask any questions.
The Fridge runs alongside a welcoming community cafe space where you can get a hot drink and chat to our friendly volunteers as you wait. We can provide information, advice & guidance if you have anything on your mind or need help with a particular issues you are facing.
The Fridge will be re-opening on Wednesday 4th November.
