We are generally open Monday to Friday 9am to 12noon as somewhere you can come and warm up, have a cuppa and meet others. During the week - specific sessions are more suited to different groups of people So Monday and Wednesday - are Toddler Groups - aimed at local families with babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers Tuesday is aimed at parents/carers with newborns to 1yr olds Thursday is "Coffee Morning" a session open to all - but with a predominantly older adult uptake Friday the building is open and can be used as a drop in venue
