About this space
A Wellbeing space on Mondays and Wednesdays 10.00 am - 2.00 pm. This is a really welcoming space where we offer free toast, teas and coffees. There are people to chat to, play games with, craft activities, signposting, quiet reflection, someone to listen to you. Tuesdays 12.00 midday - 2.00 pm, Thursdays 10.00 am - 2.00 pm with cafe open offering lunches and cakes at amazing prices.
