The Connection Space CIC at Bod Matlock

STARTING ON FRIDAY 9TH FEBUARY, 9.30am to 12pm. Fully accessible venue. The café bar is situated on Dale Road, Matlock within walking distance of Matlock station. A welcoming versatile cafe space which offers comfortable varied seating options and spaces for privacy. Those attending will be warmly welcomed, offered free hot drink, snack with an open invitation to receive support during the session from the Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner, access the ‘pick and mix’ Well being Activity Packs and receive relevant sign positing information for other services. We would like to reach out to those who may be experiencing loneliness, isolation,financial hardship, emotional distress, carer stress, younger through to older local people.
