The Sunshine Club

The Sunshine Club is a vibrant community gathering where members come together for a morning of wellness and fun! Each session kicks off with hot drinks and biscuits providing a warm and inviting start to the day. Our activities include a variety of low-impact exercises tailored to suit all fitness levels, promoting both physical health and vitality. After getting energized, members enjoy a delicious light lunch, perfect for recharging and socializing with friends. To round off the day, we offer engaging activities that range from games, bingo or a quiz. Join us every Tuesday for a fun packed morning.
