From 11:00am to 13:00pm we have a warm room with free hot drinks, games like cards and dominos. If that's not active enough for you there is free table tennis for any level. Furthermore if you arrive shortly before 11.30am you can join a free Pilates class on your first visit (finishes at 12.30pm) in our Studio then socialise around the activity. The free group exercise token (just say at reception on your first visit) can also be used on the 10.30am Aerobics Basics class.
