Cool Space at Waterhaven Place When temperatures rise, everyone deserves somewhere safe and comfortable to escape the heat. Waterhaven Place is proud to offer our Cool Space to members of the local community, providing a welcoming, air-conditioned environment where you can take a break from the hot weather. Whether you're an older person, a carer, or simply finding the heat difficult to manage, you're welcome to drop in during our opening hours to relax, cool down, and enjoy a complimentary cold drink in our comfortable Lavant Bistro. Our friendly team will be on hand to offer a warm welcome and a chance to sit, chat, or simply enjoy some time in a cool and calm environment. Our Cool Space has been created to support the wellbeing of our community during periods of hot weather, helping to reduce the risks associated with heat while also helping to tackle loneliness and social isolation. There is no charge to use the space, and no booking is required.
