Open to Black Asian Minority ethnic women, young girls & children. WCF offers a holistic service in a safe space that empower BAME women and their families, enhances their lives and ensure their voices are heard across Wales in order to improve policy and practice to respond to their needs. We offer physical activity sessions like Yoga, Pilates, swimming, kickboxing, Strength & balance sessions, cycling sessions etc Activities for women 50+ like computer classes & English classes, trips & picnics, chair yoga/ online physical activities & cultural celebrations After school clubs Advice & Advocacy & awareness seminars/ workshops Workshops that promote climate change like Artivism, Alter & repair workshops & trips to local heritage sites. We also offer Free Friday lunch at our café & catering for celebrations, meetings and events
